Western Chicken Skewers (Recipes)

Ingredients:

1. Chicken Breasts (1 pcs, cut into 4 cm cubes)

2. Skewers/Sticks

3. Cooking Oil

4. Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

5. Chili Powder (1 tsp)

6. Paprika Powder (½ tsp)

7. Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

8. Mint leaves (chopped, 1 tbsp)

9. Fresh Italian Parsley (chopped, 1 tbsp)

10. Red Onion (chopped, 1 tsp)

11. Garlic (chopped, 1 tsp)

12. Lime Juice/ Lemon Juice (1 tsp)

13. Red Onion/ Yellow Onion (Large cubes )

14. Red Capsicum (cubes)

15. Green Capsicum (cubes)

16. Pineapple (cubes)

17. Cherry tomatoes

Methods:

1. Marinade Chicken breasts with Salt & Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Mint leaves, Fresh Italian Parsley, Red Onions, Garlic, Lime Juice, & Cooking Oil (1 tsp). Mix well.

2. Plastic wrap then put into the chiller around 30 minutes.

3. Skewers/Sticks string over with the layering bottom to top –> Onion(large diced), Chicken Cubes, Red Capsicum, Chicken Cubes, Green Capsicum, Chicken Cubes, Pineapple, Chicken Cubes, Cherry Tomato.

4. Preheat the oven 180°C. Use the pan, turn on the heat into medium, add in the oil, put in the skewers until both sides are grilled.

5. After grilling, put it inside the oven at 180°C for 6 minutes.

6. After removing it from the oven, lightly apply the torch gun to bring the aroma.

7. Served.
